Services
All services are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Canceled custom services that have already started will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Products & Returns

Used products are not eligible for return and are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Returns must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Unsealed HID bulbs and Closeout items are final sale.

Any free shipping promotion used on the original order will be forfeited if the item is returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fees
Refunds or credits are subject to inspection and restocking fees:

Unopened / Like-New: 90% refund or 100% store credit

Opened / Reconditionable: 80% refund or 90% store credit

Damaged / Not Restockable: 70% refund or 80% store credit
Refunds

Returns must be received within 45 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method.

After 45 days (up to 90 days), refunds are issued as store credit or check.

After 90 days, refunds are issued as store credit only.

Store credit purchases are refunded as store credit.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 60 days for unused, unopened items.

Closeout items are not eligible for exchange.

Partial credit may apply if the item cannot be restocked as new.
Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility.
